Kei Harada designed round-shape side tables, having two different height variations, made of FRP.
The designer aimed to create a unique lovable form that user want to touch and hug. Also, Harada intended to create various impressions from a different viewpoint and provide the fun to arrange the table in the room. Except for the tabletop, whole parts were made with a gently curved surface. This product is available in mass production and custom colouring.
DETAIL
Low type was painted with white mirror finish. While, high type was painted with black satin finish.
The designer used clay models to find out the best organic form.
